Concurrent Update error

Seen when spawning a thread that updates the screen. Occurs sporadically.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Assigned user set to “Micah Martin”
- Tag cleared.
It's no longer necessary to create threads to update the screen. Also much of the threading problems have been addressed.
