The screen doesn't stretch to full height when opened

If you create a screen that has a height of 500 and a width of 500, the screen will be 500 wide, but 450 tall. This is visible when you have a background because you can grab the screen and expand it down, there will be more of the background to be made visible before you see the standard backdrop.
