Build attempts to compile Darwin sources on non-Apple platforms

Attempting to run ant on Linux or Windows results
in messages about several missing classes, beginning with
com.apple.eawt.ApplicationAdapter. Temporarily
deleting the src/limelight/os/darwin allows the build
to continue. Would it be possible to put a condition into
build.xml to filter out these files when one is
building on non-Apple platforms?
