Sometimes when opening a production, the stage appears, disappears, and the limelight exits.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Assigned user set to “Micah Martin”
The activated/deactivated events are firing before the window is ever visible... this causes the production to close, which causes limelight to exit.
Changed to ignore activated/deactivated events unless the frame is visible.
