New dimensional style option: greedy.

The greedy style attribute acts just like auto, except that it will consume any remainder in consumable area. If there are multiple greedy props, the remainder of consumable area will be split amongst them.

    This is working with one exception... greedy height with auto width is in invalid combination at the moment.
